Kerala Holiday Package

Day 01: Cochin – Munnar
On arrival at Kochi International Airport or Kochi Railway Station, you are greeted by one of the Memorable India representative before being driven to Munnar Hills 130kms/ 4 hrs drive. Along the way, you will visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. There are long stretches of tea gardens that are spread like a green carpet over a hundred kilometers. The hills too are covered in green, almost making difficult to describe. The population of the place is low, leading to less pollution as well as congestion. When you get to the hotel, you relax as you savor mouth watering local or international dishes. The overnight stay should be peaceful as you wait for the following day’s excitement.

Day 02: Munnar
This is the day to savor the beauty of Munnar. Some of the sights worth your time include Tea Museum, Pothamedu, Mattuppety, Eco-Point among others. After lunch, it is time to enjoy a boat ride in the Lake. After a busy day, you get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03:Munnar-Thekkady
After breakfast, you are driven to Thekkady, a distance of 110kms covering about 3.5 hours. The journey takes you through Cardamom Hills, another breathtaking site. Check into the Resort for lunch. After lunch, get the opportunity to visit a huge spice plantation that has pepper and cardamom. There is a huge tea and coffee estate too. As you get back to the hotel, you may stop at the local market to purchase some spices to take home. You then get back to the hotel for the night.

Day 04: Thekkady-Alleppey(Houseboat)
After breakfast, drive to Alleppey. As soon as you arrive, check into a Traditional Houseboat of Kerala Style and Cruise. This is an opportunity of a lifetime not to miss for any reason. The boat ride is one of the most fascinating beauties of the backwater. You check into the hotel for the night.

Day 05: Alleppey-Poovar
After breakfast, you are dropped by the Houseboat at Alleppey before you proceed to Trivandrum by car. The afternoon session is for sightseeing Napier Museum, Veli Lagoon, Sri Chitra Art Gallery and Kuthiramalika Palace in Trivandrum. You check into the hotel for the night.

Day 06: Poovar
This is a perfect day to spend at the beach relaxing the nerves. After the five day movement from one destination to the next, the sixth day should be for relaxation while enjoying the Poovar sunshine. You check into the hotel for the night.

Day 07: Poovar- Kumarkom
After breakfast, you transfer to Kumarkom. Check into a Resort after arrival. During the afternoon, there are plenty of activities to choose from. You could decide to go fishing, boating, or enjoy the sunset cruise in the evening. Stay at the hotel for the night.

Day 08: Kumarakom- Cochin ( Departure for onwards journey  )
After breakfast in the morning, it is time to move to Cochin Airport or Railway Station to proceed with the journey.

Package includes:

• Daily Breakfast at all the places.
• All transfers & sightseeing by AC Vehicle. (please note: AC will be switched off during hills )
• All toll taxes, parking charges, driver allowances.
• All currently applicable hotel taxes except GST @ 9%

Package doesn’t include:

• Any Air or Rail fare.
• Any other meal not mentioned in price includes.
• Any other destination not mentioned in itinerary.
• Any monument entrance fees, camera fees, guide charges.
• Any expenses of personal nature
• GST @ 9%

 Houseboat supplement cost Rs. 2000/- per person.

SPECIAL NOTE:-

• The Package and Up-gradations are Subject To Availability.(However, you can choose from a range of similar honeymoon packages.)
• It is mandatory to carry photo ID card while you are on tour.
• A/c in the Deluxe Houseboat (Alleppey) will be on only between 21:00 hr to 06:00 hrs.
• A/c in Vehicle will be switched off during hilly drive
